Terms and Conditions
For designers only
Products will appear on the app and website within 24 to 48 hours after the operations branch receives the designer products.
An email must be sent with a photo of the products and the invoice, confirming that the products have been shipped and delivered to Abaya Square.
A 25% commission is taken on each abaya sold through the app in exchange for: (storage – marketing – shipping).
The designer’s dues are transferred at the end of each calendar month.
The sale is calculated after the customer receives the product for a maximum period of one week (to avoid the problem of returns).
Each product must be shipped (at least 3 pieces per size). Please note that size 56 is usually the best seller.
Please add a contact number so that the team can follow up with the designer quickly and easily.
Exchange, Return, and Delivery Policy
Exchange:
The customer has the right to exchange the product within 3 days of receiving it.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any defects or damage.
Products modified at the customer’s request are not eligible for replacement.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees (depending on the region) and replacement fees (40 riyals).
Unions, throws, and non-ready-made products (tailored) are not eligible for replacement.
Abaya Square will bear the replacement and cash on delivery fees and shipping costs if the reason for the replacement is a manufacturing defect in the product or a difference in the required size.
The remaining balance will not be refunded for replacing a product with a different price, and the customer has the right to supplement it with another product.
Returns:
The customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
Cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees (depending on the region) and returns (40 riyals).
Products modified at the customer’s request are not returnable.
Unions, throws, and non-ready-made products (tailored) are not refundable.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any defects or damage.
Abaya Square will bear the return fees, cash on delivery fees, and shipping fees if the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect in the product or a difference in size.
The amounts owed to the customer will be refunded within 15 days from the date the management approves the return and inspects the product.
Delivery:
Delivery is from Saturday to Thursday.
Riyadh: 24 hours to three days.
Major cities: three days to one week.
Provinces and villages: three days to one week.
Except for non-ready-made products (custom-made): one business day to 14 business days.
